Barbequed turkey legs

A very easy recipe that tastes great.



Ingredients:

4 small turkey legs (about 3 pounds/ 1.4 kg)
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup bottled barbecue sauce or marinade
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup chopped onion


Method:
Coat turkey legs with flour. Brown on all sides in hot butter in a large skillet. Put browned turkey legs into a slow cooker/ crock pot. Mix barbecue sauce, lemon juice and chopped onion. Pour over the turkey. Cover and cook on Low 8 – 10 hours.
